Project Description
· Strip out existing boiler plant including basement oil tank.
· Installation of structural steel work to facilitate removal of wall to enlarge the plant room.
· Install new gas fired boiler plant and flues.
· Install new pumps, heating pressurisation unit, expansion vessels and pipework.
· Carry out all necessary builders work in connection with the new installation.
· Install new Controls System for energy efficient Control of the Heating System.
Project Included
· Supply and installation of Hamworthy Stratton gas fired condensing boilers along with support and pipework kit.
· Mikrofill pressurisation unit, Grundfos pumps and Oventrop valves.
· UK Exchangers plate heat exchanger installed to provide hydraulic separation between the new boilers and existing heating system.
· Installation of new flue system by including lining existing Chimney Stack.
· Builders work included decorating the Boiler Room.
· Install of electrical work and controls system
